Inner GPS

Discover the map of your nervous system.

Workshop description

Each of us has an internal navigation system that influences how we read situations, respond to stress, build relationships, and make decisions.

At times we feel calm, open, and ready to collaborate. At other times we react with tension, anger, anxiety, or withdrawal. Our responses do not arise without reason — they are linked, among other things, to how the nervous system interprets the situation and prepares us for action.

Inner GPS is a workshop where you will explore a map of your nervous system states, learn to recognise signals from your body, and better understand your own reactions. You will discover what can throw you off balance and how to support a return to greater calm, flexibility, and connection with others.

It is not about staying calm at all times. It is about understanding yourself better, responding flexibly to changing situations, and knowing how to return to balance after experiencing stress. So that you have more choices, rather than acting solely on autopilot.

Who is it for

The workshop is designed for people who want to understand their reactions better and function more consciously in everyday situations — both professional and personal. We particularly recommend it to:

  • leaders and managers who want to better understand their responses under pressure and support others more consciously;
  • teams that want to develop communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding;
  • individuals working in an environment full of change, tension, and high demands;
  • anyone who wants to develop self-awareness and the ability to regulate stress.

What will you experience and learn?

  • You will discover your own nervous system state map — learning how your functioning shifts depending on the situation.
  • You will learn to recognise early warning signs — noticing sooner when tension, arousal, or withdrawal begins to build.
  • You will recognise your own triggers — you will examine situations that set off automatic reactions.
  • You will discover ways to support regulation — trying out practical techniques that help restore balance and flexibility.
  • You will develop greater awareness in relationships — you will better understand how your state influences communication, decisions, and connection with others.

What will you take away? Your own map of cues and responses, greater awareness of what happens within you in challenging situations, and a set of practical tools to support regulation. This is the starting point for responding more consciously — rather than operating purely on autopilot.

How do we work?

01

Knowledge of the nervous system

We combine knowledge of the nervous system and stress with Polyvagal Theory.

02

Observing bodily signals

Mindfulness and observing what happens in the body help you recognise your own states.

03

Interactive workshop

You explore the model and relate it to your own experiences.

04

Your tools

You explore which techniques for supporting regulation may be helpful for you.

You are warmly invited to join the workshop.

Less operating on autopilot, more understanding and conscious choice. Get in touch, and I will suggest a date and format for the meeting.
