Feedback that builds trust. See yourself through the eyes of others.
Discovery Full Circle™ is a structured 360° feedback process that helps bring your own perspective alongside feedback from others. Through it, participants can discover how their communication style, decision-making, and relationship-building are perceived by those around them.
The programme uses the language of the four Insights Discovery™ colour energies to make discussing differing working styles constructive, accessible, and non-judgemental. It helps highlight strengths as well as behaviours that may influence the quality of collaboration.
We place particular emphasis on creating safe conditions for giving and receiving feedback. As a result, feedback becomes an opportunity for learning, deepening self-awareness, and building more conscious relationships — rather than a source of tension or fear of evaluation.
Who is it for?
Discovery Full Circle™ works best with teams of up to 12 people whose members know one another well, have experience working together, and possess sufficient trust to talk openly about their mutual observations.
- This is designed for teams that want to deepen mutual understanding, clarify differences in how behaviours are perceived, and consciously nurture the quality of collaboration.

How does the programme work?
Discovery Full Circle™ is a developmental process for teams already working together who wish to better understand how their behaviours, communication styles, and ways of working are perceived by one another. The starting point is feedback exchanged between team members, and the goal — greater awareness, more effective collaboration, and concrete agreements for the future.
- 01
Mutual feedback
Each participant completes the Discovery Full Circle questionnaire, describing how other team members operate — not themselves. The questionnaire allows feedback to be gathered from and about a team of up to 12 people. It comprises 10 questions and 3 open-ended questions that help capture colleagues’ individual observations and perspectives.
- 02
Discovering mutual perspectives
During the workshop, participants work as a whole group and in smaller breakout teams, sharing feedback and discussing how they perceive one another. They explore similarities and differences in how behaviours, communication, and collaboration styles are received. It is an opportunity to compare one's own intentions with how they are perceived by others.
- 03
A conversation in the language of Insights Discovery™
Drawing on the four colour energies of Insights Discovery™, participants organise their observations and gain a clearer understanding of differences in working styles. Instead of judging individuals, they focus on specific behaviours, their impact on others, and what helps or hinders mutual collaboration. This allows more challenging topics to be discussed constructively.
- 04
Agreements for more effective collaboration
To close, participants define what they wish to change in their mutual relationships and daily collaboration. They formulate concrete agreements regarding communication, shared expectations, and behaviours that will help them work together more effectively. The resulting agreements translate workshop insights into practical actions and shared accountability for the quality of team relationships.
Required profile
The programme is based on the Insights Discovery™ Full Circle solution, which expands work with the personal profile to include the perspective of others.
