Know yourself. See others.
A self-awareness and relationships workshop using the Insights Discovery™ method.
Workshop description

We usually see others through the lens of our own experiences — we assume they react just as we do, and we are surprised when they do not. The workshop ‘Know yourself. See others.’ lets you see this clearly: you get to know your own style of functioning while discovering that the people beside you act for different reasons, at a different pace, and with different needs.
We work on the basis of an individual Insights Discovery™ Profile prepared for each participant. Without labels or judgement — as a language that helps name what used to lead to misunderstandings.
This workshop is for people who want to understand themselves better and navigate relationships — both personal and professional — with greater ease.
Who is it for
The workshop is for you if:
- you want to better understand your own reactions and the way you connect with people;
- you want differences between people to stop being a source of tension;
- you are preparing for a new role, collaboration, or a conversation that will require sensitivity;
- you work with a team and want to talk about people specifically, not in generalities;
- you are looking for a starting point for further work — coaching, therapy or development within the organisation.
Workshop outcomes
After the workshop:
- You know your strengths and understand the situations where you are most likely to lose sight of them.
- You see how your style of functioning is perceived by others.
- You understand where differences in pace, communication, and the needs of people around you come from.
- You know what you need to feel safe in relationships.
- You leave with practical guidance on how to speak with someone who operates differently from you.
