Self-Leadership Insights Discovery™

Self-awareness. Motivation. Effectiveness.

Self-Leadership Insights Discovery™

Effectiveness at work begins with understanding oneself — one’s own needs, ways of working and the factors that influence motivation. Awareness of personal preferences makes it easier to make decisions, organise work and build relationships, while also allowing individuals to make better use of their resources in day-to-day professional challenges.

The Insights Discovery™ Self-Management programme supports participants in developing self-awareness and consciously shaping how they operate in the workplace. Using the Insights Discovery™ Personal Profile, participants explore how their preferences and colour energies influence work organisation, sources of motivation, decision-making and relationships with colleagues.

The programme helps identify conditions conducive to effectiveness, pinpoint factors that enhance or diminish engagement, and develop strategies to better manage one’s energy and actions. An essential element is also understanding that different individuals may need different conditions to work effectively and derive satisfaction from their tasks.

The insights gained serve as a starting point for consciously developing habits, making better use of strengths and introducing changes that support individual effectiveness and team collaboration.
