How does the programme work?

Completing the questionnaire
The participant completes the Insights Discovery™ Preference Questionnaire online, which allows their individual preference profile to be determined.

Exploring the profile
During an individual feedback session or team workshop, participants discover the Insights Discovery™ model and explore the meaning of the graphical section of their profile.

Practical application
Participants learn to recognise different communication styles and consciously adapt their way of communicating, translating the knowledge gained into everyday collaboration.
