Start with yourself to lead others more effectively.
Every leader has their own natural way of making decisions, communicating, and building relationships. Awareness of these individual preferences helps you better understand your reactions, recognise their impact on the team, and consciously choose how to act across different situations.
The Conscious Leader Programme offers a space to reflect on yourself in the leadership role: your strengths, habits, and ways of reacting that can support or hinder collaboration. It is also an opportunity to broaden your perspective and gain a deeper understanding of why others may think, communicate, and approach challenges differently.
Working with the IDTL Profile provides a solid starting point for developing your own leadership style and building more conscious relationships with your team.
Who is it for?

- leaders who want to improve the quality of communication and collaboration within the team;

How does the programme work?
- 01
IDTL Profile – Conscious Leader
The starting point is an individual IDTL Profile, which helps examine your own preferences and way of functioning in a leadership role.
- 02
Discussion and reflection
While working with the profile, the participant analyses their natural tendencies, strengths, and possible limitations, reflecting on how they manifest in everyday professional situations.
- 03
Translating knowledge into practice
We relate insights from the profile to real leadership challenges: communication, decision-making, collaboration, and responding to the diverse needs of the team.
- 04
Direction for further development
The participant determines which elements of their style they want to consciously strengthen or develop in order to fulfil their role more effectively.
Required profile
The foundation of the programme is the IDTL – Conscious Leader Profile.
