For organisations

Wellbeing 360°

Wellbeing is not merely the absence of overwhelm. It is the conditions in which people can function well, grow and collaborate effectively.

Programme description

A group of professionals with closed eyes practising mindfulness at a conference table in a bright office

Wellbeing 360° is a programme that supports organisations in consciously cultivating a work environment that fosters mental health, balance, engagement, and employee effectiveness.

We look at well-being from multiple perspectives: individual functioning, team dynamics, and organisational conditions. We take into account the role of stress, recovery, emotions, a sense of agency, communication quality, and day-to-day workplace experiences.

The programme combines psychological and neurobiological insight with practical tools to help you better understand your needs, recognise signs of overwhelm, and develop ways to support everyday well-being.

We do not focus exclusively on individual employee responsibility. We also explore how the organisation, leaders, and teams can co-create conditions where people can truly thrive.

The scope of the programme can be tailored to the organisation’s needs — from educational workshops to initiatives supporting leaders and teams in building a more balanced working environment.

Who is it for

The programme is designed for:

  • organisations that want to develop a long-term approach to employee well-being;
  • HR departments and those responsible for organisational culture;
  • leaders and managers who want to support the well-being and engagement of their teams;
  • teams operating under time pressure, heavy responsibility, or frequent changes;
  • employees who want to better understand stress, their own needs and the importance of recovery;
  • companies that want to combine care for people with effectiveness and the quality of collaboration.

Programme outcomes

Uczestnicy:

  • better understand what influences their well-being and daily functioning;
  • develop the ability to recognise signs of stress and overwhelm;
  • learn ways to support emotional regulation, recovery and energy management;
  • increase awareness of the importance of relationships, communication and a sense of agency;
  • learn practical tools they can use in everyday professional life;
  • learn to identify their own resources and needs;
  • develop the ability to consciously maintain balance between demands and capacity.

At the organisational level, the programme can support the development of a culture where wellbeing is seen as an essential element of work quality, collaboration, and long-term effectiveness.

How the programme works

01

Looking at well-being from multiple perspectives

We analyse the factors that influence employees' day-to-day functioning — from stress and recovery to relationships, communication, and work organisation.

02

We develop awareness of stress and needs

We explore the fundamental mechanisms of the stress response and learn to recognise signs of overwhelm along with resources that support returning to balance.

03

Learning practical tools

Participants learn techniques and strategies supporting tension regulation, recovery, mindfulness, and the conscious management of their own energy.

04

We strengthen wellbeing in relationships and teams

We explore how communication, collaboration, ways of offering support, and day-to-day team practices shape the work experience.

05

Translating knowledge into action

Participants identify areas they want to attend to and determine specific steps that can be implemented in daily work. The scope of actions may also include recommendations for leaders and the organisation.

Outcome: well-being as part of everyday work

Wellbeing 360° helps develop the awareness, skills, and practices that support people in functioning better within the professional environment. It shows how to connect individual self-care with the responsibility of leaders and the organisation for working conditions.

Let's talk about well-being in your organisation.
