How the project was delivered
Over two years, as a training duo, we delivered a series of in-depth Insights Discovery™ workshops for managers across more than a dozen stores throughout Poland.
Each workshop lasted 1.5 days
Each workshop lasted 1.5 days and was tailored to the realities of a retail environment. Participants explored their personal preferences, communication styles, and stress responses, whilst discovering how personality diversity influences team leadership, relationship building, and daily collaboration.
